Is the Home Mortgage Deduction In Jeapordy?

In an effort to bring the federal deficit inline, Congress is seriously considering abolishing the home mortgage and property tax deduction.

I can’t count the ways this will hurt the housing market and the over-all economy.

Home ownership is the very foundation of the American dream. Eliminating this deduction will destroy that dream and leave us all owing much more to the IRS as result. Write your elected officials and let them know how you feel about this threat.
